- Developed an optimization model under the prashikshan programme, to streamline mother coil slit cutting operation.
- After detailed analysis of the problem statement, available dataset and probable solutions, the model was successfully working to optimize the operation of 19232.81 tons of steel coil.
- Collaborated with engineers and machinists to ensure seamless integration and existing processes.
- The project model was approved by the SNTI, and my project mentor Mr. Manoj Kumar Chatterjee, SR CAM IT Tubes, Tube Division, TATA Steel
